Our Rings are available in four different Sizes.
To know more or less which one will suit your finger, you can either go to a jewelry store and ask them to take the measurements,
or you can try yourself, just take one of your rings (preferably for the same finger) and a ruler and compare it's measurements with ours.
We want you to be happy with your jewelry as long as possible, so here is a few advices on how to maintain your jewelry in a good condition.
It's normal that the surface treatment of your jewelry will change over time, but keeping it away from pools and saunas, cosmetics, sweat, chemical detergents, hard surfaces and so on, will help to make the coating last longer.
If however it lost some of it's shine we are happy to re-coat it for you.
Store your jewelry safely, preferably in its original packaging to prevent scratches and damages, especially while traveling. We want you to be happy with your pieces as long as possible.
To clean your jewelry we recommend using just a microfiber cloth, or a very soft brush and some soap and water (this only for the non-coated pieces).
If it is necessary to get a piece repaired you can either bring it to a jeweler you trust or you send it to us.
SHIPPING & RETURN
All our pieces are handmade and individually produced in Barcelona.
Therefore we don‘t keep all the sizes in stock.
So we need a little bit of time to prepare and ship.
Your order is usually shipped within
2-3 weeks for EU-countries
3-4 weeks for the rest of the world

Standard delivery with NACEX at 6 €
Standard delivery with NACEX at 12 €
Standard delivery with NACEX at 25 €
Taxes and duties are responsibilities of the purchaser.
Products will be shipped directly from Spain by NACEX.
Packages must be signed for. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities.
If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, KIALA KANZI does not send replacements.
KIALA KANZI is not responsible for any action taken by customs on your package during delivery.
KIALA KANZI has no control over this.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applie to your package.
Customs determines these charges, and KIALA KANZI has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Please also include a note with your invoice and bank details/paypal address, we gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary.
In case of an exchange or return you will have to bear the shipping charges. We recommend that you ship the packages as an insured package (including a tracking number).
